Welcome to “ERNarmy Europe Cup '24” presented by Ethernity Chain Ltd (“Contest”).

No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and no deposit, entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase is required to participate in this contest.

The Contest is based on the results of the UEFA EURO 2024 (“Tournament”).

This Contest is sponsored by Ethernity Chain Ltd (the “Sponsor” or “Ethernity”).

The Contest shall commence on June 12th, 2024 (“Start Date”) and conclude on July 14th, 2024 (“End Date”).

The period from the Start Date to the End Date shall be known as the “Contest Period.”

By submitting an Entry (defined below), each participant agrees that he or she has reviewed and accepts these rules (“Rules”), the Privacy Policy found at Privacy Policy, and Terms of Services found at Terms of Service.

Each Participant agrees to abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

All eligible participants (“Participants”) entering the Contest must comply with all terms and conditions of these Rules.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older (21 or older in applicable jurisdictions) on the date of entry.

The officers, directors, and employees of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotional and judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for these Contests, and the immediate family members (grandparent, parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) of and/or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Participants must have 10 ERN in Stones Farming at the moment of a snapshot on June 12th, 2024, 1 PM EST.

Group Stage and Top Scorer: June 12th, 2024, 3 PM EST to June 14th, 2024, 2 PM EST.

Knockout Stage: June 27th, 2024, 12 PM EST to June 29th, 2024, 11 AM EST.

Participants may not cancel or make any changes to their Entry after the deadlines.

Sponsor shall not be liable for any technical issues during the entry process.

To win, a Participant must accumulate points based on Tournament games won by the teams in his or her Entry.

Points are awarded as follows:

• Group Stage: Up to 240 Points Earned.
• Round of 16: Up to 320 Points Earned.
• Quarter-finals: Up to 320 Points Earned.
• Semi-finals: Up to 320 Points Earned.
• Final: Up to 320 Points Earned.
• Top Scorer: Up to 750 Points Earned.

Participants will win prizes based on the number of points accumulated.

The top three Participants will share a prize pool of 3,000 ERN.

Winners will be notified by email to claim their prize, which will be deposited into a wallet address upon confirmation.

Any failure to notify and communicate acceptance within 2 weeks will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Participants will receive 10 points per Ethernity NFT they hold, up to a maximum of 100 points.

Participants will earn 25 points for each DAO voting proposal they participated in.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

There will be 3,000 ERN tokens in prizes awarded as follows:

• 1st Place: 1,500 ERN tokens.
• 2nd Place: 1,000 ERN tokens.
• 3rd Place: 500 ERN tokens.

BONUS: Winner(s) of the group stage will receive exclusive Ethernity NFT.

Prizes will be deposited into the Winners’ accounts within 72 hours of the conclusion of the Contest and wallet address confirmation.

Correct prediction of the champion: The user who correctly predicts the tournament champion will be given precedence.

Correct prediction of finalists: If the tie remains, the users who predicted both teams in the final correctly will be considered.

Number of correct predictions in the Knockout Stage: The number of correct predictions in the knockout stages (Round of 16, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and Final) will be counted.

Number of correct predictions in Group Stage: The number of correct predictions in the Group Stage (e.g., exact group positions of teams) will be considered.

Earliest submission: The user who submitted their bracket earliest will be given precedence.

The decisions made by Ethernity management regarding, but not limited to, eligibility, winners, scoring, travel arrangements, rules, prizes, and compliance with Ethernity’s standards of conduct are final.

Ethernity reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these terms.
